I am going to be getting married next year and my future wife just found out that we could apply for bridal loans. I did not know that they even offered loans like this until now, and I am thankful that they do. We have been engaged for five and a half years now, and have continued to push back our wedding plans. We just are not in a place financially that we can afford to have the type of wedding that we want. We just bought a new house together and are expecting our first child. When we got engaged we figured that we would be married by the end of the year and then life began to happen. I got a new promotion that required me to take additional classes. This took time away from being able to plan a wedding so she decided to push it back another year. Then she ended up losing her job due to the company downsizing in an attempt to keep from having to shut down completely, so it got pushed back another year. It is was beginning to look like we might end up just having to go to a justice of the Peace to get a simple wedding done, but then she found out about these bridal loans which could end up being our saving grace. We are going to apply for a couple of them this weekend and see what comes from it. We both have very good credit and had no trouble obtaining our home loan.
